Covid-19 Update November 2020
As during the last lockdown we would like to assure you that we are delivering as usual.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our normal next day service but will be making sure you receive your order within two/three working days from when it is placed (depending on your delivery area). If you need to speak to us during this time we would ask you where possible to email rather than call if you have any queries as our lines are very busy – we will always reply to any queries by the end of the day they are placed.
We are continuing to receive new deliveries into our warehouse constantly and the website is updated as they come in, so it is best to check regularly to see current availability.
To make this easier, we have an out of stock option which shows all products that are available. To use this, click into our Water category - the first box says ‘view all items’. Click into this and there is a ‘show in stock’ option where you can see all we have available at any time. There is also the option to do this in each category. In normal circumstances we have no maximum amount for delivery – we may for the time being have to change this in some circumstances but will always let you know and adjust your payment accordingly before delivery.
