By Calcagno winery this is a delicate, fruity intense white wine with a pale yellow colour and greenish hue. Made from indigenous Etna Carricante grapes growing from 40 year old vines. Dry, fresh, well balanced and pleasantly acid, this wine is perfect with fish, white meats, fresh cheeses and as an aperitif. 2019 vintage - 13.5% alcohol
